More Than a Summer Job

From doing research for NASA to working at state crime labs, WVU students have landed career-launching opportunities this summer. Biochemistry major Dawn Chamberlain is among those getting first-hand experience conducting research. Through the SURE program, Dawn is working with faculty mentor Dr. Dan Panaccione to analyze genes of a fungus that can cause illness in animals.
